How long does delivery take ?
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. In most cases, orders are completed and delivered within 5–7 days, covering both printing and shipping. Please note that delivery schedules may be affected by public holidays.
Who creates these designs ?
All poster designs are created by the brand owner. Some designs are fully original, while others are created by creatively compositing multiple images and visual elements. Certain images or elements used may be sourced from third-party references and are used for design and artistic purposes.
Why are your posters priced higher than others ?
Our posters are priced higher because each design is digitally created and completely original. Every artwork is exclusive to our brand and is not available anywhere else which makes each poster unique and special. Each poster is printed on high quality 300 GSM paper to ensure a premium look feel and long lasting durability.
Are we planning to add more product categories ?
Yes we are planning to add more product categories besides posters in the future. Stay tuned for new designs and collections.
What are the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds ?
We do not offer returns, as all product details and visuals are clearly showcased on our website and across our official Instagram platform to ensure complete transparency before purchase.
We do not provide replacements. However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will arrange for a new product to be sent after verification.
Refunds are initiated only if the product received is incorrect or damaged. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Please Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to wrong or damaged products. Unfortunately, without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process refunds or reshipments.
What payment methods do you accept ?
Currently, we accept card payments and UPI for all orders. As we continue to grow and receive more requests, we plan to introduce Cash on Delivery (COD) in the future.
